These Terms of Use govern your use of Quick Daily Games (the "App"), developed and operated by Fabien Antoine ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including puzzle logic, graphics, and design, is the property of Fabien Antoine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.

3. Daily Puzzles and Leaderboard

Puzzles are refreshed daily and are identical for all players on a given day. Leaderboard rankings are computed based on completion time submitted at the end of each puzzle. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or reset puzzles and rankings at any time without prior notice.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabien Antoine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
